Perth’s all inclusive Progressive Dinners. 

We drive, you eat at 3 restaurants in one night!

 

Progressive Dinners run every night starting from your home, hotel, office or meeting point.  Progressive Dinners start at 6:00pm and finish at 10:30pm for the “3-some” and 11:30pm for the “4-some.”

Progressive Dinners cost $99 per person for the “3-some” and $110 per person for the “4-some”

Progressive Dinners is a fantastic way to explore Perth’s restaurant scene and discover new places, sample different cuisines by eating at three of Perth’s finest, newest and unique restaurants, cafés and drinking establishments in one night.

 

Progressive Dinners run every night starting from your home, hotel, office or meeting point.  We offer two delectable options, the “3-some” – three restaurants (entrée, main course and dessert restaurants) starting at 6:00pm and finishing at 10:30pm; or the “4-some” – four venues (entrée, main course, dessert and cocktail venues) starting at 6:00pm and finishing at 11:30pm.

A memorable dining experience includes a 3 course meal, visit 3 or 4 different restaurants in one night, receive a complimentary glass of sparkling white wine at selected entrée restaurants and a complimentary cocktail if you choose, hassle free ordering and personalised transport to and from the restaurants.

 

Entrée is preset for the entire group to share; main course is an individual dish selected from the menu and pre-ordered; dessert is a choice, for the entire group, of either cheese platters to share at a licensed restaurant or individual coffee & cake at a non-licensed restaurant.  For the sweet tooth’s, a dessert can be purchased at the licensed dessert restaurant; Cocktails is a selection of 3 or 4 available cocktails.  Choosing a cocktail venue, you may prefer a night club environment or somewhere cozy to sit a talk among yourselves.  Both the dessert venue, if at a licensed restaurant or bar, and cocktail venue is a more casual environment with room / allocated space for your group to stand.  There is public seating available should anyone wish to rest their feet.

 

Majority of restaurants are fully licensed (except coffee & cake dessert restaurant) and drinks can be purchased with the meal.  Please note the arrangement Word of Mouth Food Tours has with all our restaurants is a no BYO policy.

 

Each restaurant caters for vegetarians and other dietary requirements.

 

Individual / single, group and corporate bookings available.

 

Exclusive group bookings (minimum 8 people) available or a great way to meet new people is to book individually and join others on the Progressive Dinner.

 

If you have a group booking (8 people or more), pick-up and drop-off is from either your home, hotel, work place or desired location.  Individual / single bookings (less than 8 people) the meeting point is Barrack Street Jetty (adjacent The Lucky Shag Waterfront Bar on Pier #2).

 

For a group of 8 to 13 people, transport is arranged in a van; for a group up to 24 people, transport is arranged in a mini bus (min 17 to max 24 people).  For larger groups (more than 24 people) transport is arranged in a coach.  (Form of transport may vary cost per person).

 

Depending on your pick-up address and size of group, the pick-up time is 6:00pm to arrive at the entree restaurant by 6:30pm.  For large groups the start time is 5:30pm to arrive at the entree restaurant by 6:00pm.  Progressive Dinners conclude around 10:30pm / 11:00pm on the “3-some” or 11:30pm / 12:00am on the “4-some.”

 

To keep travel time to a minimum, Progressive Dinners travel between eating hubs such as Mt Lawley, Leederville, Subiaco, East Perth and Wembley, as well as restaurants in the Swan Valley.

 

We can also customise a Progressive Dinner depending on your needs and commensurate to your budget and number of people.

To confirm a single booking, full payment is required.  To confirm a group booking, a deposit of two people is required with full payment one week prior to the dinner.  Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or electronic transfer.  Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Choose your restaurants or we can choose it for you (additional charges may apply); Price includes 3 course meal and one complimentary glass of sparkling white wine at selected entrée restaurant and complimentary cocktail at cocktail venue; Dessert option: cheese platters or coffee & cake at dessert restaurant for the entire group; Additional items from the menu can be purchased at each restaurant; Spirits, beer or soft drinks not included in price; No BYO: pay as you drink; Additional beverages (beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks & hot drinks) can be purchased at each restaurant; Price remains the same for non-drinkers; One pick-up point and one drop-off point only; Transfer fee may apply if pick-up and drop-off is outer metro; No splitting of group; No consumption of alcohol on the bus; Word of Mouth Food Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter a tour due to insufficient passengers; To confirm a booking credit card details are taken (not processed unless advised); To confirm a single booking full payment (non-refundable) is required; To confirm a group booking, a non-refundable deposit of two people is required with full payment one week prior to the tour; 2% surcharge applies for credit card transactions; 100% cancellation fee applies within 1 week of departure due to Restaurants paid one week in advance to confirm reservation with Word of Mouth Food Tours.
