Use of the WOM DOLLARS Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions as set out on www.womtours.com.au
WOM DOLLARS Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; No cash alternative applies; only valid with an issuing WOM stamp; Card must be presented at time of purchasing / ordering to receive privileges at the participating venue; card is non-transferable and remains the property of Word of Mouth Food Tours at all times.
Participating venues to stamp and inscribed name of venue to validate stamp; participating venues has the right to withdraw, limit, modify, cancel, or discontinue the WOM DOLLARS Card without notice at any time.
Term & Conditions
§ Use of the Word of Mouth Food Tours WOM DOLLARS Card constitutes acceptance of the following conditions of use.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card is valid for six months; refer expiry date (top right on back of WOM DOLLARS Card).
§ Purchase or order from any participating Food Tour or Progressive Dinner venue and you will receive privileges exclusive to Word of Mouth Food Tours (venue specific)
§ Privileges can be in the form of a discount from a selected good, complimentary gift, waive service or corkage charge, complimentary beverage or other privileges at the discretion of the participating venues.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card can be used and redeemed at any Word of Mouth Food Tours participating venue.
§ Not all venues on the Food Tours or Progressive Dinners are participating venues with the WOM DOLLARS Card.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card is only valid with an issuing WOM stamp. Unstamped cards will be refused.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card must be presented at time of purchasing / ordering to receive privileges at the participating venue.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card to receive an authorised stamp for each visit / purchase / order from the participating venue.
§ Participating venues to stamp and inscribed name of venue / establishment to validate the stamp.
§ After receiving ten valid stamps on the WOM DOLLARS Card, the card holder is entitled to 15% off your next Food Tour
§ 15% discount off your next Food Tour is valid a further three months after the WOM DOLLARS Card expiry date.
§ 15% discount applies only if redeemed no more than three months after WOM DOLLARS Card expiry date. After which, the discount does not apply.
§ No cash alternative applies
§ Only a customer who has attended a Food Tour or Progressive Dinner can accumulate an authorised stamp on their WOM DOLLARS Card.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card cannot be offered as a prize, on-sold, resold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
§ WOM DOLLARS Card is non-transferable and remains the property of Word of Mouth Food Tours at all times.
§ Word of Mouth Food Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen WOM DOLLARS Card.
§ Word of Mouth Food Tours and the participating venues has the right to withdraw, limit, modify, cancel, or discontinue the WOM DOLLARS Card without notice at any time.
§ Word of Mouth Food Tours participating venues has the right to dishonour the card if there is suspected unauthorised use of the card.
